Hire Resolves Client is currently looking for an experienced Artisan Electrician to join their company based in Gauteng.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure all plant and equipment are operational from an electrical perspective to minimize downtime and prevent faults.
• Identify troubleshoot and repair breakdowns efficiently and accurately.
• Perform regular proactive maintenance on equipment to prevent failures in line with maintenance schedules.
• Execute planned maintenance activities according to schedules to maintain equipment reliability.
• Comply with all relevant safety health environmental and quality (SHEQ) regulations during maintenance activities including preparation of safety documentation as required.
• Source parts spares and equipment as needed to support maintenance activities.
• Assist and collaborate with team members in the maintenance of machinery and provide on-the-job training where necessary.
• Supervise and support assistants or contractors performing maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular lockouts of systems as required for safety and maintenance purposes.
• Be available to work on standby and rotational shifts as required to ensure continuous operational support.
Requirements :
• Grade 12
• N4 Certificate in Electrical Engineering
• Valid Trade Test Certificate (Electrical)
• Minimum 5 years experience as an Electrician
• Experience working in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
• 5 years experience in HT Switching
• Valid Drivers License
