About The Role

Are you someone who’s been a hands-on, do-it-yourself CMO at a startup? Or maybe you're a performance marketing expert who thrives on applying an engineering mindset to a high-velocity testing environment? Look no further—this role offers a challenge worthy of both profiles.

We’re hiring a Senior Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll be the engine behind our revenue-generating initiatives—analyzing data, managing our performance ecosystem, and driving continuous improvement across the funnel.

This role requires a blend of technical chops, analytical thinking, creative strategy, and hands-on execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, product, lifecycle, and engineering teams to optimize performance, integrate systems, and drive customer acquisition and retention at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and other platforms—hands-on campaign creation, optimization, and reporting
• Lead performance marketing ecosystem, including attribution (Hyros), CRM (GoHighLevel), landing page optimization, and email marketing integrations
• Build and optimize conversion-focused landing pages using tools like Replo, GemPages, and Shopify
• Design and execute A / B tests and CRO initiatives using GA4, Hotjar, HubSpot, and more
• Monitor and analyze funnel performance across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Create dashboards and reports to share insights, learnings, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with creative, lifecycle, and content teams to align messaging and visuals
• Work closely with tech and product teams to ensure smooth integrations (e.g. GoHighLevel, Shopify, Zapier, etc.)
• Manage or mentor junior marketers and freelancers as needed
• Contribute to broader brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
