The firm is known for its supportive work environment, focus on professional growth, and use of modern, cloud-based accounting solutions, based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare working papers and year-end accounts for sole traders.
- Process payments, invoices, income, and receipts; post entries into accounting software; complete bank reconciliations.
- Prepare VAT returns, including more complex cases requiring technical judgement.
- Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts for limited companies.
- Undertake project work requiring IT and technical expertise, including researching, reviewing, and implementing accounting solutions and internal controls to enhance performance.
- Liaise with clients to obtain information and resolve queries promptly and professionally.
- Support senior team members with ad hoc assignments as required.
