Permanent Position: General Clerk Company Overview: Msuez Uk is a leading provider of industrial and commercial services in Durban North South Africa. We specialize in providing innovative solutions to our clients in various industries including manufacturing construction and logistics. Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Clerk to join our team in Durban North. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry filing and photocopying - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients and colleagues - Maintain and update company databases and records - Prepare and distribute correspondence memos and reports - Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments - Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail - Monitor and order office supplies as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents - Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and accuracy - Knowledge of office equipment and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Contract Details: This is a full-time permanent position based in Durban North South Africa. The working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
