The Role: Housekeeper
As a Housekeeper, you'll ensure that every guest room and shared space meets the impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards expected of a five-star property. Your contribution will directly impact guest satisfaction and the overall sense of luxury and tranquillity within the lodge.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces to exceptional standards.

• Ensure all linen, amenities, and furnishings are maintained and presented immaculately.

• Report any maintenance issues or shortages promptly to the relevant department.

• Support smooth daily operations by coordinating with other departments.

• Uphold guest privacy, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

About You

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment.

• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to excellence.

• Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining pristine environments.

• Flexible and willing to work day or evening shifts as required.

• Preferably resides within or near Hout Bay.
