Nurse Manager

Our client, a leading private facility in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations and drive clinical excellence. This role requires a proven leader with strong management capabilities and the ability to balance patient care, operational demands, and team development. Requirements :

• Degree / Diploma in Nursing with current SANC registration
• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical, Education and / or Management advantageous
• At least 5 years of leadership and management experience within healthcare, ideally private sector
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare legislation, professional standards, and quality assurance practices
• Strong financial acumen and resource management skills
