Were looking for a sharp ambitious finance professional who enjoys solving problems improving systems and using smart tools to make finance faster and better. This is a hands-on role where youll work closely with senior leadership gain real commercial exposure and help shape how the finance function evolves.

What youll be doing

• Preparing monthly management accounts budgets and forecasts
  
• Performing financial and variance analysis across entities and business units
  
• Monitoring profitability burn rate and working capital performance
  
• Building data-driven reports to support strategic decisions
  
• Improving accounting tools dashboards and reporting processes
  
• Identifying automation opportunities and efficiency gains
  
• Managing accounts payable payment runs and debtor reporting
  
• Supporting cross-functional projects and ad hoc analysis
  

Requirements

• Newly completed articles (CIMA/SAIPA/SAICA)
  
• Degree and or Postgrad in Finance
  
• Strong grounding in financial and management accounting
  
• XERO Accounting and Advanced Excel skills (cloud accounting experience advantageous)
  
• Genuine interest in automation AI and continuous improvement
  
• Clear communicator with a practical solution-focused mindset
  
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys working closely with decision-makers
