This role is perfect for subject specialists who want to invest into young people 1–2 days a week while continuing with their own careers, business, or studies.
What a Facilitator Does
- Teach and guide students through a weekly elective lesson.
- Facilitate the topic for that week using practical activities, demonstrations, discussions, and real-world insights.
- Bring your expertise to life in a way that is engaging, clear, and meaningful.
- Inspire students to think deeper, create confidently, and develop real skills they can use beyond school.
