Main Purpose
Drive new vehicle sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in a dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell new vehicles to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
 - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
 - Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, options, pricing, and financing.
 - Follow up on leads, enquiries, and test drives promptly.
 - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
 - Work closely with management and the service department to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
 - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
 
Requirements
Proven experience in new vehicle sales or automotive sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.Valid driver’s license; own transport preferred.Desirable
