PLANNER

Minimum requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field.

2 years + experience in a planning, forecasting, or analytical role (retail, operations, or project environment preferred)

Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, or similar).

Develop and maintain detailed plans and schedules to support operational, sales, or project goals

Analyse trends, performance data, and forecasts to ensure effective resource and stock management

Monitor supply and demand, adjusting plans as necessary to meet business objectives

Collaborate with key departments such as Buying, Logistics, Operations, HR, or Project Management to ensure alignment and timely execution of plans

Prepare regular performance and variance reports with recommendations for improvement

Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate data and analysis
