AI Subject Matter Expert – Fully Remote, Full‑Time Contract (12 Months)

You'll guide leadership on AI trends, analyze processes for automation potential, deploy AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and custom LLMs, engage clients via workshops and demos, and optimize implementations for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Guide leadership on AI trends and potential business applications.
- Analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
- Deploy AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and custom LLMs.
- Engage clients through workshops, demos, and ongoing support.
- Optimize implementations to achieve continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience in AI development or automation engineering, including creating workflows for efficiency.Proven client‑facing role in technical consulting.Proficiency in AI / ML tools, LLMs, hosting custom LLMs (Meta LLaMA, Google Gemma), Microsoft Copilot, M365 integrations, AI‑powered RMM / PSA workflows (NinjaRMM, Datto, Kaseya), ChatGPT, custom GPTs, and workflow automation platforms (Hatz, REWST, n8n).Strong communication skills, process‑driven approach, and ability to manage multiple projects.Preferred
Experience with RMM / PSA tools (Ninja, ConnectWise) and SharePoint / Teams / Microsoft 365 automation.Certifications such as Microsoft AI‑102 / AI Engineer Associate, Data & AI‑related Microsoft certifications, or automation platform certifications (REWST, n8n, etc.).Seniority Level
