Estimator Position

Our client is a well-established construction company looking for an Estimator based in Gauteng.

Requirements include :

• BTech / BSc Quantity Surveying / BSc Construction Management
• 5 - 15 years construction industry experience and estimating.
• Knowledge of building construction productivities.
• Sound knowledge of standard contract documentation and specifications.
• Ability to review the tender documentation and identify any potential risks and / or gains.
• Proficiency of CCS estimating and planning modules.
