This role is key in overseeing the administration of a CRM system specifically Zoho while managing the data integrity and supporting campaign activities. The CRM Administrator will maintain a clean and organized database ensuring the system is utilized effectively for all marketing efforts including newsletters. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM database ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns run through the CRM system providing support and guidance as needed.
- Assist with training and onboarding of team members regarding Zoho functionalities.
- Generate reports and analyze data to improve campaign effectiveness and database quality.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective use of Zoho for campaign management.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system and coordinate with technical support when necessary.
- Maintaining data accuracy amidst changing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Learning and adapting to the complexities of the Zoho system while supporting team members.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems particularly Zoho is preferred.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.Understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.Experience
