Specific Role Responsibilities
Conduct product knowledge training and accreditation as per business unit requirementsManage soft skills training per business unitDeliver ad-hoc training based on business needsConduct soft skills & sales training as per business unit requirementsUpdate training material to meet the business & regulatory standardsProvide post-training reports & feedback to business unitsIdentify training needs in collaboration with business leads Unit / son an ongoing basisCo-ordination, administration of the E-learning system, and in-person training schedules & logisticsContribute to continuous improvement of learning and developmentCommunicate progress and outcomes of learning initiativesReport monthly to relevant stakeholdersDaily administrationSchedule and conduct coaching sessions in all call centresIdentifying areas of strength and improvement in individual staff and communicating this to managersHandling queries and resolving problems when they arise within the Business UnitPlan and Organise training correctly and timeouslyEnsure training delivery is aligned to FSCA regulations, TCF principles and business requirementsEnsure accurate feedback on delegates' progress is communicated to the businessConduct knowledge and skills assessmentsSupport onboarding with structured induction programmesQualifications and Experience
Grade 12 / MatricQualification in Training and Development NQF 4 or 5 (Advantegous)2 Years+ experience in short-term insurance coaching / trainingRE / FAIS qualification (Preferable or must be obtained within 6 months)Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Learning and Development or in a similar roleExperience in Coaching, Training and Development in a call centre environmentExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsEducation / Teaching Jobs jobs
