About the Opportunity
Were seeking an AI-savvy Full-Time Marketing & CRM Specialist to help bring structure and consistency to multiple growing brands operating across different industries / sectors.
If you love optimising CRMs building automated lead funnels and running clever low-budget marketing campaigns that actually deliver measurable results this role is for you.
Youll be the person who connects the dots : setting up cleaning up and managing our various CRMs helping to identify which platforms suit which brand and supporting basic campaign creation (email sequences landing pages lead magnets LinkedIn ads etc.). Very good to excellent spoken and written English is a must; any additional languages would be advantageous.
This is a remote full-time role (40 hours per week) that suits someone who is organised strategic and passionate about using AI tools to make marketing smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities
Audit set up and maintain CRMs for multiple brands ensuring lead flows and data integrityBuild and optimise simple automation sequences (e.g. email nurtures follow-ups lead tagging segmentation)Create and run small-budget ads or organic lead campaigns on LinkedIn and other platformsDesign and manage lead funnels (Landing pages forms downloadables etc.)Monitor and report on performance metrics across CRMs and campaignsResearch and recommend best-fit CRM or automation tools for each brand based on scope and budgetCollaborate with the founder to develop creative growth strategies with minimal spendLeverage AI tools to speed up copywriting data analysis ad testing and content creationIdeal Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management digital marketing or marketing automation (freelance or agency experience welcome)Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads through automation or campaignsStrong understanding of marketing funnels email nurtures and conversion trackingHands-on experience with LinkedIn Facebook etc. lead generation and CRM integrationsProficient in AI-powered marketing and productivity toolsAnalytical mindset with a practical resourceful approach to getting results on limited budgetsExcellent English communication skills and attention to detail.
