Requirements :
- 2+ years of outbound sales or lead-gen experience in B2B SaaS (Senior) OR 1-2 years (Mid-Level)
- Proven track record of booking demos with CEOs, founders, or department heads
- Hunter mentality : you thrive on targets, competition, and overachievement
- Fluent English with exceptional phone and written communication skills
- Hands-on with HubSpot (or similar CRM like Salesforce, Pipedrive) and modern sales tech stacks
- Comfort working 100 % remotely and aligning with US EST hours
- Fast learner who can master new AI products and value props quickly
