Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handling all aspects of civil litigation, including divorces and evictions.
- Drafting and reviewing applications, summonses, affidavits, notices, and other court documents
- Advising clients
- Representing clients in the High court and Magistrates Court, Labour Court and Land Claims Court.
- Proper File management, communication with clients, Advocates, Sheriffs, the Master's office.
