Job Description

Our client, a leading Financial Services company, is seeking an experienced Portfolio Intelligence Analyst to join their project operations team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities include :

• Support project management activities, drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Administer and maintain project support tools, e.g., project management software, collaboration platforms, and reporting tools.
• Provide technical support to project teams on the use of project support tools.
• Customize and configure project support tools such as PPO, Jira, Power BI, etc.
• Design and develop BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools, e.g., Power BI or similar platforms.
• Customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and permissions to meet the needs of various teams and projects.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience as a Project Support Tool Specialist or similar role.

Strong technical skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., PPO, Jira Align, Clarity), Microsoft Teams, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
