Job description

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting decision-makers in various companies to invite them to attend our industry-focused seminars.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to company decision-makers.
  • Present and explain the benefits of attending our seminars.
  • Persuade potential attendees to register for events.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate call information.
  • Achieve daily / weekly targets for calls and registrations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales .
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
