We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for a U.S.-based residential real estate company. This is a Full‑Time remote role focused on high‑volume outbound calling, CRM / database management, and outreach to new‑construction builders to gather incentive packages. The ideal candidate is a persuasive and professional communicator, highly organized, coachable, resilient, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working to clear activity and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted neighborhoods to generate and qualify seller and buyer leads, introduce the brand, and set appointments
- Share resources (e.g., YouTube channel links) with prospects and nurture relationships through follow‑ups
- Maintain, segment, and update the CRM; track pipeline stages, tasks, and follow‑up schedules for active buyers and sellers
- Coordinate a weekly email update to buyers / sellers; source relevant local market data and collaborate with the client’s design / marketing resources for delivery
- Research local market trends, new communities, and real estate updates to inform outreach, emails, and social content
- Prospect and build relationships with new‑construction builders; compile and regularly update incentive packages for marketing
- Utilize an auto‑dialer (e.g., Vulcan7) and call scripts; accurately log call outcomes and notes
- Report daily / weekly KPIs (dials, contacts, appointments, conversions) and recommend process improvements
- Follow calling best practices and comply with Do‑Not‑Call regulations and relevant guidelines
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in real estate inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation for US residential markets2+ Proven track record meeting or exceeding call, contact, and appointment‑setting goals2+ years CRM management (Deal machine, GHL, Pipedrive) hygiene and follow‑throughExcellent business level English communication skills with a professional, client‑facing phone demeanorStrong organization and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications :
1+ Experience prospecting for new‑construction communities and engaging builders for incentives1+ Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and basic Canva edits; short‑form video familiarity is a plusSelf‑starter comfortable working remotely, taking direction, and executing repeatable processesRequired Skills & Tools :
