Responsibilities :

• Act as a key liaison between the Marketing team and clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs.
• Maintain day-to-day operations, handling client requests, arranging quotes, coordinating deliveries, and managing purchase orders.
• Process and ensure payment paperwork is accurate and submitted efficiently, collaborating with the finance department as needed.
• Coordinate elements of events, including logistics, scheduling, and ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly.
• Provide support to the design team by handling overflow work, assisting with project coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency in marketing operations.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and contribute innovative ideas to improve operational workflows.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met consistently.
