Overview
Morningstar Investment Management South Africa is seeking a highly motivated Implementation Specialist to join our investment operations team. This role is instrumental in overseeing new product launches, client onboarding, coordinating seamless client and portfolio transitions, change requests, and lead process and governance improvements. It is a dynamic, high‑impact position requiring strong investment knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. This position is based in our Cape Town office and reports to the Head of Operations, South Africa.
