Our client a leading Suzuki dealership has opened a Suzuki Car Rental Division and is looking for a Car Rental Agent with experience at a car rental company such as Avis, Budget, Hertz etc.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist customers in selecting and renting vehicles

Manage rental reservations and check-ins / check-outs

Ensure all rental agreements are accurately completed

Maintain vehicle inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Adhere to company policies and safety standards

Qualifications :

Matric with prior experience in vehicle rental or automotive industry preferred

Knowledge of rental processes, contracts, and insurance policies

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
