Role Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our inside‑sales team. This is a telephonic, inside‑sales role focused on identifying customer needs, opening opportunities, and qualifying interest in cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and related services .

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can hold credible conversations with business and IT decision‑makers, understand high‑level cloud concepts, and engage customers in meaningful discussions that open the door for deeper technical consultation. You’ll work closely with our solution architects and solution specialists to move qualified opportunities through the sales funnel.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales conversations, thrives on learning about cloud technologies, and loves helping customers modernise their businesses through technology.

Please note this role is Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 - 17 : 00, on‑site in Century City.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Opportunity Opening

• Engage inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns (via phone, email, or social).
• Conduct structured discovery calls to understand the customer’s environment, challenges, and readiness for cloud adoption.
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and open opportunities in CRM for follow-up by solution architects or other specialists.
• Confidently discuss Microsoft Cloud offerings, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and related security or migration solutions.
