Role Purpose : To enhance the lifetime financial wellness of people, their families and communities through empowerment and education. Attract, acquire and retain clients by selling company products, providing after‑sales service, ensuring client retention, increasing market share and contributing to overall business objectives and long‑term viability.

Requirements

• Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification.
• 2 years’ experience in a sales and / or customer service role.
• 2 years’ experience in the insurance and / or financial services industry offering financial advice (advantageous).
• Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
• Finance or business‑related tertiary qualification (desirable).
• Driver’s licence and own transport (desirable).

Duties & Responsibilities

Internal Process : Engage prospective clients to highlight product features and benefits aligned with their financial wellness needs; sell products with affordability analysis; calculate and advise on tax and legal implications; accurately capture client information and sales in systems; complete administrative and reporting requirements; achieve production targets; adhere to compliance requirements; provide financial advice aligned with engagement strategy.

Client : Investigate client queries, ensure timely feedback, elevate to relevant departments, provide accurate information and advice, report on service delivery, build and maintain relationships, recommend improvements to client service, contribute to a culture of exceptional service, proactively build relationships through credible financial advisory services.

People : Develop productive relationships with peers and stakeholders; influence change initiatives; develop professional expertise; innovate, share ideas; drive career development.

Finance : Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness, manage company resources, contribute to risk identification.
