Recruitment Consultant - Cape Town (Remote)

We are an established Recruitment Company that services clients nationally. We have a hard-working, dynamic, positive, and success-driven team. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. This is a hybrid position, with options for remote work.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 degrees of recruitment from start to finish. This includes :

  • Sourcing and screening suitable candidates that match our client’s needs.
  • Conducting interviews and building your candidate database.

Requirements :

  • Must have 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Highly motivated, professional, and client-driven.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and working under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
  • Passion for recruitment.

    • Compensation :

    We offer a basic salary negotiable based on recruitment experience, plus incentives / commission.
