Somewhere – Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. 100% Remote (open to candidates in South Africa and LATAM). Independent Contractor Agreement. Full-time (40 hours per week). Compensation : USD $1,800 – $2,500 per month, based on experience.
About The Role
We are seeking a Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. This is not a traditional HR role; it’s about finding and placing elite, commission‑only sales professionals (Closers and Setters) for remote, high‑ticket businesses. Experience in the U.S. market is a strong plus.
Your mission is simple : identify, assess, and deliver top‑performing sales talent quickly and efficiently. You’ll combine creativity, resourcefulness, and technology to locate candidates across both conventional and unconventional channels, ensuring only the best make it through.
Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Talent Acquisition.
- Source, screen, and vet high‑performing Closers and Setters from LinkedIn, Indeed, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and specialized communities.
- Write compelling job ads and outreach messages using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and update internal databases regularly.
- Conduct one‑on‑one interviews via Zoom or Google Meet, evaluating communication skills, professionalism, sales acumen, and tech readiness.
- Use tonality assessments, mock calls, or past call reviews to confirm real‑world sales ability.
- Validate sales recordings, LinkedIn profiles, and professional references to confirm candidate credibility.
- Identify potential red flags before presenting candidates to clients.
- Present only top‑tier candidates with interview summaries, performance notes, and video introductions.
- Ensure all candidates understand the commission‑only structure and expectations.
- Uphold the highest standards of communication, professionalism, and presentation.
Requirements
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in sales or high‑performance environments.Tech‑savvy, with hands‑on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Notion, Google Drive, Calendly, Telegram, Slack, and GoHighLevel (CRM).Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a remote setting.Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for matching the right talent with the right opportunity.Reliable remote setup : quiet workspace, fast and stable internet, and professional background for video calls.What We Offer
