Training Co-ordinator

BIOVAC is one of the leading sterile vaccine manufacturers rooted in Africa with our core purpose being to protect life. We are looking to hire a dynamic passionate confident proactive and meticulous Training Co-ordinator to join a goal-oriented team.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Grade 12/ Matric or equivalent

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

• At least 3 years experience within a similar position and environment.
• Technical and Computer Literacy.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

Core Technical Delivery:

• Ensuring that induction is scheduled for all new starters as required.
• Ensure that site is compliant to all assigned training programs as per the business objectives.
• Coordinate all training as required by the business and consult with the relevant SMEs.
• Ensure that all updated SOPs WIs are released on time on the Training Management System on Trackwise.
• Ensure that all new assessment questionnaires and updates are performed on time and are accurate.
• Ensure that Training plans are created for all roles and are in line with approved TCs.
• Ensure that a GMP training plan is available annually and adhered to.
• Provide training evidence to complete training when required.
• Ensure that Bidvest cleaners are up to date with their required training.
• Mark and file all training completed on training forms.
• Ensure that all training files are maintained and filed appropriately.
• Provide and capture training department KPI and metrics as periodically required.
• Ensure administrative support is provided when required with the QA Department.
• Ensure that all documents/procedures within the training department are reviewed and updated within the prescribed timelines.
• Ensure that GMP Training Records are sent off-site to archive timeously to the companys service providers.
