Environment

Our client, a UK-based Online Educational institution, is seeking a Digital Marketer to take charge of the full marketing spectrum across multiple brands and platforms. In this role, your mission will be to build brand awareness and generate cost-effective leads through a mix of paid and organic strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple growing brands and has proven experience in education, training, or community-focused sectors. You should bring strong knowledge of SEO, content, and email marketing best practices, along with hands-on experience marketing live events, retreats, or training programmes.

Duties

  • Responsible for covering the whole marketing spectrum across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Brand awareness and cost-effective leads will be your main focus via paid and organic.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven track record in digital marketing management (3+ years).
  • Strong experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube with measurable ROI.
  • Proficiency in GoHighLevel (or similar platforms) for funnels and automation.
  • Experience managing data-driven marketing and retargeting campaigns.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
  • Excellent understanding of analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously, adapting tone and strategy.
  • Desirable

  • Experience in education, training, or community-based sectors.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
  • Previous involvement in marketing live events, retreats, or training programmes.
