We’re seeking a Company Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of our cleaning operations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating cleaners, confirming client bookings, updating records, and ensuring each job runs smoothly. You’ll act as a central point of contact between clients, staff, recruitment, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Assign cleaners and backup staff to bookings
Communicate with clients and cleaners to confirm schedules and updates
Monitor payments and maintain accurate records across systems
Manage changes, cancellations, and last-minute replacements
Track job progress and log outcomes, feedback, or complaints
