Overview

We’re Hiring : Mid-Senior Client Success Account / Project Managers

Are you a passionate digital account / project manager with a knack for building strong client relationships and delivering top-notch campaigns?

We’re on the lookout for Mid-Senior Client Success Managers to join our growing team in Durbanville. If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, love collaborating with creative minds, and know how to balance strategy with execution – this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships.
  • Oversee account management, campaign execution, and project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Provide strategic input and quality control across client projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage project financials and reporting.
  • Support and guide junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in agency account management / client service.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (Performance, SEO, Web Development, Creative).
  • Hands-on experience managing digital / web development projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive, can-do mindset.
  • Based in South Africa with reliable transport.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp and Google Suite is a plus.
