Job Description
Outbound Call Centre : Booking of medical appointments for travelling Health Care Professionals (Nurses & Doctors).Key Outputs / Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :
Timely scheduling of appointments with clients and nurses for completion of medicals to finalize underwriting process.Dealing with e-mail queries, and telephonic queries - Telephone calls, Maintaining SLA's.Liaise with Brokers / Office Managers to ensure clients are reachable and seen for medicals to provide quality customer service.Job / Role Requirements
Work Experience
Required
At least 2 years client service experience in the Insurance IndustryPrior experience in scheduling appointments with clientsPreferred (would be advantageous)
Previous exposure to Discovery in house system e.g. SAM & ParadigmEducation / Qualifications / Accreditations with Professional Body
