Job Description

  • Outbound Call Centre : Booking of medical appointments for travelling Health Care Professionals (Nurses & Doctors).
  • Key Outputs / Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

  • Timely scheduling of appointments with clients and nurses for completion of medicals to finalize underwriting process.
  • Dealing with e-mail queries, and telephonic queries - Telephone calls, Maintaining SLA's.
  • Liaise with Brokers / Office Managers to ensure clients are reachable and seen for medicals to provide quality customer service.
  • Job / Role Requirements

    Work Experience

    Required

  • At least 2 years client service experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Prior experience in scheduling appointments with clients
  • Preferred (would be advantageous)

  • Previous exposure to Discovery in house system e.g. SAM & Paradigm
  • Education / Qualifications / Accreditations with Professional Body

    Required

  • Matric
  • Preferred (would be advantageous)

  • Related tertiary qualification
  • Technical Skills or Knowledge
