Resume Writer & Candidate Profile Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Resume Writer & Candidate Profile Specialist to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will transform raw candidate information into concise, accurate, and strategically crafted profiles that effectively match candidates to specific positions. You'll be responsible for analysing complex candidate data, interview transcripts, and assessment results to create professional documentation that showcases our candidates in the best possible light.
Remote position. Full‑time.
Key Responsibilities
- Position Analysis : Study job requirements and specifications to thoroughly understand client needs and position‑specific requirements
 - Data Analysis : Review and analyse interview transcripts, candidate resumes, and supporting documentation to extract relevant information
 - Profile Creation : Develop comprehensive candidate summaries tailored to specific position requirements, highlighting relevant experience and achievements
 - Quality Assurance : Ensure all candidate information is accurate, consistent, and cross‑referenced across multiple data platforms
 
Content Creation & Documentation
Analyze assessment scores and create clear, concise summaries of candidate performanceWrite compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidatesQuality Control & Standards
Implement rigorous quality control processes following our detailed profile checklistEnsure immaculate spelling, grammar, and formatting across all documentsMaintain consistency in dates, achievements, and career progression narrativesVerify that all content accurately represents candidate claims and qualificationsRequirements
