My client, a well-established engineering company, is seeking a Financial Manager (CA(SA)) with 6 years post-article experience to oversee the full accounting function and play a key role in driving the finance team forward. Duties :

• Oversee the full financial accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
• Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Lead the preparation of annual financial statements in line with IFRS standards
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control processes
• Liaise with auditors, SARS, and other external stakeholders
• Provide strategic support to senior management by delivering meaningful financial insights
• Mentor and guide the finance team to achieve operational excellence
