We're looking for a design leader with serious UX/UI chops and the portfolio to prove it — someone who can turn vision into velocity and strategy into seamless, scroll-worthy experiences. Think: corporate site makeovers, polished SaaS dashboards, and stunning front-end templates that make real estate shine.

What You'll Rock:

• Lead the brand glow-up – shape visual identity across product, web, and marketing.
• Design smart, beautiful interfaces – for SaaS tools that real estate pros rely on.
• Champion UX thinking – from research to wireframes to polished UI.
• Mentor and scale – uplift internal or freelance designers and embed design systems.
• Work cross-functionally – collaborate with devs, marketers, and product leads.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in digital/product design with 2+ in a creative leadership role
• A portfolio packed with digital flair: responsive sites, platforms, branding
• You live in Figma, breathe Adobe CC, and speak fluent design/dev language
• Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS, CMS, or real estate platforms
