Job descriptionProven sales experience, ideally in FMCG, food service or hospitality Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and targetâdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good product knowledge or willingness to learn quickly about perishable & non-perishable foods, hygiene / packaging offerings, etc. Valid drivers licence & own reliable transport
What youll do :
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitality clients : restaurants, caterers, hotels, etc.
- Generate new business opportunities, identify leads, cold call, follow up & convert.
- Present product offerings and pricing, negotiate terms and ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and per customer expectations.
- Keep up to date with product range (groceries, frozen items, hygiene & packaging materials) to advise clients and suggest upsells.
- Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports to management.
