Our client in Plettenberg Bay is seeking an experienced / Senior Real Estate Principle for their team.

Location : Plettenberg Bay

As the Principle, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. You will work closely with the Managing Director to develop strategic initiatives, oversee daily operations, and ensure that we continue to exceed client expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a passion for Luxury Rentals and Exceptional service delivery.

Requirements :

  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Management, Hospitality OR related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • PPRA Principal status / NQF Level 5 / PDE5
  • FFC credited
  • Proven experience in real estate management or luxury rentals.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in property management software is a plus.

Daily duties performed by the real estate Principal :

  • Identifying villas, acquisition of new Home owner clients (going to villas or cold calling)
  • Lead follow up from ad campaigns
  • Talking to owners and explaining our business model
  • The Principal is going to be the first point of contact for the homeowners as well as for the renters.
  • They need to be able to perform the check-in and check-out at the property, they need to check whether the property is in a good working condition upon check-in and checkout etc.
  • Work in hand with the MD ; Staffing, SOP and implementing working systems and structures.

    • Details :

    Working hours : Generally speaking, its 9am to 5pm. But the Principal must provide high flexibility for this job.
