Join Lehigh Universitys dynamic entrepreneurship ecosystem and help shape the future of innovation! Were seeking an exceptional Business Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Office of the Vice Provost for Entrepreneurship (OVPE).

As Business Manager youll be instrumental in advancing Lehighs entrepreneurship mission by managing administrative operational and financial functions across our affiliated centers institutes and programs. Working directly with the Vice Provost and program leaders youll provide critical financial oversight operational management and strategic support that enables groundbreaking entrepreneurship initiatives to thrive.

Position Number : S80014

This position is a Grade : 9 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $55200 - $67180 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage comprehensive financial oversight and budget administration for multiple programs

Coordinate resources processes and communications across entrepreneurship initiatives

Provide operational management and administrative support for OVPE activities

Support strategic planning and implementation of entrepreneurship programs

Facilitate collaboration between faculty staff students and external partners

Oversee compliance and reporting requirements for affiliated centers and institutes

Manage contracts agreements and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Three to five years of related work experience

Strong organizational and project management skills; project management software experience preferred

Experience in program coordination administration and financial records management

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of applied entrepreneurship education in higher education and Design Thinking principles

Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace CRMs)

Budget management experience

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced innovative environment
