Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide second-line support and perform root cause analysis to resolve reported issues.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and troubleshoot bugs and defects.
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to validate product functionality.
  • Accurately document, report, and track defects to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Perform regression testing and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Quality Assurance role.
  • Experience in a support function is advantageous.
  • ISTQB Certification required.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies is advantageous.
