Job description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Desktop Support IT Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands‑on experience providing desktop and end‑user support across hardware, software and networking environments. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining equipment and supporting users both in person and remotely.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a desktop or IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Experience with basic networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops and peripherals.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
