Job descriptionBEng or BTech in Electrical / Electronic Engineering Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant testing, reliability, or qualification environment Solid understanding of electronic engineering principles Hands-on knowledge of environmental and functional qualification testing methodologies Familiarity with standards such as DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704 Proficiency in interpreting and applying test procedures, reports, and specifications Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Team player with a positive, "get-the-job-done" attitude Effective communication skills Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple testing cycles concurrently
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate the execution of product qualification testing with support from a team of technicians.
- Draft qualification test procedures aligned with relevant environmental and performance standards (e.g. DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704).
- Manage test infrastructure readiness and liaise with internal engineering teams and external testing facilities.
- Conduct and oversee testing activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete data capture.
- Analyse test results, perform root cause analysis where required, and provide engineering feedback to design teams.
- Compile detailed qualification test reports for formal review and sign-off.
- Support continuous improvement in testing methodologies, tools, and team performance.
- Willingness to travel for off-site testing when necessary.
