We are seeking a reliable and professional Client Success Manager to manage and support U.S.-based clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S.-based clients
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and alignment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Coordinate internally to ensure client requests and tasks are handled efficiently
- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify potential issues
- Ensure smooth day-to-day account management and follow-through
