Content planning and content
- Understand the overall social media needs of the business entities, including the brand customer, product goals and other aspects of service
- Engages with clients entities and external clients and provide social media services
- Create content appropriate for each of the business entities
- Implement plans to create followers on popular social media websites such as X, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Participation in creative brainstorming
- Creation / Completion of presentations
Managing social media
Obtain upcoming campaigns for all business entities and create a plan for social media strategies monthlyEnhance the brands by raising awareness through various social media platformsKeep track of the stats of all posting to ensure brand message is constantManage high volume of social media posts dailyInteract with followers and potential customers by communicating through the company’s social pagesManages the company’s social accounts and posts contentCreate content on monthly basis to promote sales, brand and servicesClient services and reporting / content performance
