Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity as a Property Practitioner at COASTAL & COUNTRY REALTY. The Property Practitioner will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting market analyses, engaging with clients, and guiding transactions from listing to closing. The role involves supporting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Additionally, building and maintaining client relationships will be a central aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive market knowledge and property research skills
• Strong skills in negotiation and effective client communication
• Experience in property sales, marketing, and client engagement
• Proficient in legal and regulatory compliance related to real estate practices
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Real estate license or certification required
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is advantageous
• Full status practitioners only
