About the Role
The Marketing Manager will plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads that meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include managing both online and offline marketing communications, maintaining the CRM and list hygiene, and driving lead conversion through events, webinars, social media, and SEO.

Responsibilities
#1 Responsibility : Lead Generation
Manage direct mail campaigns, including list cleaning, scheduling, cost‑per‑lead reporting, and problem resolution.Fuel new leads through online and social media : article submissions, LinkedIn and Facebook ads, blog posting, SEO, YouTube channel development, and website conversion optimization.Assist with trade show and event marketing strategy : booth design, collateral offers, and follow‑up.Maintain database accuracy by eliminating spam, duplicates, and inactive prospects.#2 Responsibility : Production Execution
Meet all production deadlines for marketing campaigns with integrity and accountability.Oversee monthly printed newsletter production, direct mail production, and product‑launch or webinar campaign implementation.#3 Responsibility : Collateral Management
Ensure all direct mail, lead‑generation, and marketing collateral are up‑to‑date and consistent.Maintain brochures, catalogs, business cards, flyers, and website content for accuracy and performance.Other Tactical Work and Responsibilities
Provide detailed weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual lead and ROI reports.Manage and improve the direct mail sales process, including communication systems.Maintain database integrity : updating leads, removing spam, merging duplicates, and ensuring accurate classification.Plan and execute the company’s marketing plan : list management, ROI tracking, vendor management, and campaign scheduling.Perform quality control of brand and image across all communications.Manage SEO performance measurement.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements
Skills Required
Deep understanding of the target market and services offered.Expertise in direct‑response marketing.Minimum two years managing campaigns in Infusionsoft, HubSpot, or similar platform.Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.Strong copywriting and data‑management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Publisher, Excel; capable with database files and spreadsheets.Ability to produce ROI reports and format marketing communications.Strong written and spoken English communication skills.Collaborative, service‑oriented approach with a willingness to lead, follow, and support teammates.Highly detail‑oriented and responsible.Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting / standing at a desk and working on a computer, including VoIP calls and video meetings.
Other Requirements
Provide your own computer running a supported Microsoft Windows version.Install company software for security patches and anti‑virus.Reliable electricity or backup power for full workdays.Quality headset for VoIP communication.Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.At least two standard 1080p or better monitors / screens.Professional Development
