B2C Sales Associate

We are a dynamic Residential and End of Tenancy Cleaning company, committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients. We are looking for a vibrant, customer-centric B2C Sales Associate who can engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert warm leads into sales.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and resilient, with a strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive outlook throughout the sales process. Previous remote experience as well as cleaning agency experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with warm leads purchased by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, understanding their cleaning requirements and recommending suitable solutions.

Meet and exceed sales targets to maximise earning potential.

What We Offer :

On Target Earnings of R25000 per month . (made up of R8,000 basic + uncapped commission.)

Competitive base salary of R8000 per month with attractive commission structures.

40 days paid holiday per year

Supportive and dynamic team environment.

Minimum of 2 years telesales or sales experience.

Excellent English communication skills.

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Own laptop (Min 16GB Ram, 13th Gen i5 Processor, Windows 11 and 250GB SSD or higher), fast, reliable internet connection and backups for power outages.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage rejection and stress effectively.

Proven success in meeting sales quotas, particularly over the phone.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Previous experience working with CRM systems

Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and manage complaints.
