B2B Virtual Sales Account Manager (Hybrid) – Mobile & ICT Solutions
We are looking for Virtual Sales Account Managers to join our telecommunications campaign to maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by driving New Business and Cross-Selling as well as reduce churn and achieve a 90% in contract portfolio. This role will exercise your abilities in both as a Hunter and a Farmer within the Telecommunication space. You should work to satisfy customer needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver an overall positive customer experience. Achievement of Sales targets, and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales targets and KPI’s
Cold calling :Ability to acquire new clients
Ability to up-sell and cross–sellStrong focus on acquisitionsAbility to source and convert own leadsSeize opportunities to upsell products when they ariseAbility to contact customer base monthlyProspect and build new client pipelinesAbility to retain out-of-contract and renewable customersCustomer Relationship Management :Responsible for developing relationships with the assigned customer base and new clients
Create ongoing rapport with business clientsMaintain and grow existing client baseConduct customer account analysisMaintain, build and service relationships on a regular basisQuery Management :Identify, address and resolve concerns / queries
Provide feedback to customers within 2-24hrsFollow SDT process created for mid to complex query resolutionReporting :Provide accurate forecasting daily on Sales Force
Verify sales report dailyMaintain and keep accurate records on opportunities on Sales Force and ExcelMaintain and keep accurate records on Commits weeklyUp-to-date reporting on marketing leads providedReports to be submitted within the timeframes requiredProcesses and Procedures :Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
Ensure all interactions are captured on the relevant systems in the approved mannerMinimum Requirements
Matric / Senior Certificate2 years solid B2B sales experience marketing mobile and data solutions to businesses (B2B) coupled with prior account management experienceProven track record in B2B salesProficiency in MS Office and exceptional presentation abilitiesFull understanding of large / corporate client and sales principlesExperience within the ICT Industry will be an added advantageClear criminal recordBehaviour and Competencies Required
