Location : Johannesburg (Hybrid)

Reporting To : CTO & Team Lead

Are you a skilled Laravel Developer ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for an Intermediate to Senior Web Developer to join our growing team and work on high-impact client projects.

What you’ll do :

Lead or contribute to backend development using Laravel (PHP)

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

Design and optimise relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)

Integrate third-party systems, payment gateways, and APIs

Write clean, secure, and scalable code while mentoring junior developers

Collaborate with designers, front-end teams, and product managers

Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

Contribute to Agile workflows, code reviews, and CI / CD practices

What we’re looking for :

3+ years of hands-on Laravel and PHP experience

Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles & Laravel ecosystem

Proficiency in SQL, schema design, and query optimisation

Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and testing (PHPUnit / TDD)

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
