• Experience : 3+ years experience in social media and digital marketing.

Project Management Role & Duties :

This role focuses on ensuring seamless coordination between clients, developers, designers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, update financials, and maintain structured workflows in our project management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact for projects, ensuring smooth communication.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks.
• Manage timelines, budgets & workflows via our PM tool (Magnetic).
• Track project progress, address bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate time tracking, financial updates, and budget alignment.

Web Production Management

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritise tasks and manage workloads according to project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, proactively addressing them to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, both internally and with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and development teams to streamline workflows and optimise resource utilisation.
• Implement and maintain project management tools and systems to enhance efficiency and transparency across the agency.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to drive productivity and quality standards.

Traffic Management

• A Traffic Manager needs to have a strong understanding of digital marketing, communication and project management and must be process-minded.
• Take new project briefs
• Check for tasks required
• Schedule project work to the team via Magnetic
• Revert to Account Management with timings or issues
• Ensure work is done according to brief
• Report back to AM’s with timings for new work
• Liaise with AM’s and Team in a professional manner
• Weekly status meetings with AM’s .

Required Skills

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong organizational & communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Magnetic, Trello, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Any additional duties and responsibilities required by employer not listed above.
