You’ll lead projects from kick-off to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables with excellence. Alongside this, you’ll design and execute research initiatives, developing professional materials such as questionnaires, briefing documents, and tab specs that underpin every insight-driven story you create.
What You’ll Do :

- Tell stories with data, creating compelling narratives and visually engaging reports and presentations.
- Deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations that guide client decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, data scientists, marketers, and creative teams to align insights with business goals.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Design and execute research projects, including developing questionnaires, briefs, and analysis specs with precision and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For :
A postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or Social Sciences).3–4 years of research agency experience, including at least 1 year at the Senior Research Executive level.A natural curiosity and creativity, paired with resilience and a passion for uncovering insights that drive impact.Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn data into clear, compelling narratives.Experience in data visualisation and presenting insights in engaging, visually driven formats.A solid grasp of statistical analysis and research methodologies.Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Branding experience and an FMCG background will be advantageous.Why Join Us?
